The muscle release technique that I use can help with tight muscles and muscle spasms. It is also used to facilitate healing of muscle strains and can help with muscle adhesions and scar tissue. It is used to help decrease muscle pain and soreness. This technique, used in conjunction with a Chiropractic adjustment, is very beneficial to treat neck and back pain as well as extremity (arm/leg) pain.
I also use vibration therapy for hard to release muscles as well as for those that are sensitive and can not handle deep tissue work.
